For consignment & resale

The questions consignment & resale should be getting named for.

One-of-a-kind stock is the hardest thing for a machine to match — and the biggest opening, because resale questions are very specific and whoever describes their pieces most clearly gets named.

What your buyers are asking

Where can I buy a vintage Omega Seamaster?
I'm looking for a second-hand Herman Miller Aeron, size B — who has one?
Where can I buy a pre-owned Chanel flap bag in caviar leather?
Where can I find a used Rolleiflex TLR that still works?

Why the answer names somebody else

  • Unique items with no identifier and inconsistent titling.
  • Condition and authenticity signals absent from structured data.
  • One good photo and two lines of copy — not enough to be matched.

Check your own site and you get exactly this, on your own business: a score for how well the assistants can read you, what's in the way in plain language, and — for questions like the ones above — whether you're named, somebody else is, or nobody is yet. Where you're not named, we tell you who was. We work out what you actually are before grading you, so you're never marked down for lacking something your kind of business doesn't have.
