The difference between the plans is how often we look. Assistants keep changing what they read, so a business checked weekly finds out it has slipped in days rather than in a quiet quarter.
FAQ
Is the check really free?
Yes. Check any website with no account and no card. You subscribe only when you want the fixes made for you and the re-checks running on their own.
Does this only work for online shops?
No — any website. We read your site first and work out what you actually are: what you offer, where you serve, how someone becomes a customer, and what decides the choice in your category. You're graded against that. A firm with no products is never asked for barcodes, and a business with no premises is never marked down for having none.
Do you change my site without asking?
No. Nothing reaches your site until you connect it yourself and approve the first batch — and anything we change can be undone, one item or all of them.
Which assistants do you check?
ChatGPT and Gemini today, through their official developer tools — we never scrape the chat apps. Copilot doesn't yet answer these questions in a way anyone can measure honestly, so we check you're ready for it rather than pretending to score it.
Will you invent missing information about my business?
Never. A missing barcode, licence number or measurement comes back to you to fill in. A wrong identifier is worse than none — it matches you to somebody else.
Do I have to connect my analytics?
No, and the visibility measurement works without it. Connecting it is what extends the picture past the recommendation — whether being named produced visits, whether those visits engaged, and whether they converted. Without it we report the stages we can measure and say plainly that the rest wasn't measured, rather than scoring you zero on something we never saw.
When do I get category benchmarks?
When there are enough businesses in your category to make one honest, and never in a form that could expose an individual competitor's numbers. Until then the report tells you it's being withheld and why. A benchmark built on three businesses is worse than no benchmark, because you'd act on it.
