For pet retail
The questions pet retail should be getting named for.
Pet owners ask with a pile of conditions attached — species, size, age, what the animal cannot eat. Shops whose listings answer all of that get named; the rest get filtered out before anyone sees them.
What your buyers are asking
My senior lab needs grain-free salmon food — what should I buy?
Which cat harness should I buy for a medium cat that escapes everything?
My puppy has a sensitive stomach — which hypoallergenic food do you recommend?
What heater should I buy for a 40-gallon aquarium?
Why the answer names somebody else
- Life stage, breed size and key ingredients not structured.
- Pack size and unit price missing or inconsistent.
- No identifiers to disambiguate formulas and flavors.

Check your own site and you get exactly this, on your own business: a score for how well the assistants can read you, what's in the way in plain language, and — for questions like the ones above — whether you're named, somebody else is, or nobody is yet. Where you're not named, we tell you who was. We work out what you actually are before grading you, so you're never marked down for lacking something your kind of business doesn't have.
